Review: New Plant-Based Good Karma Pumpkin Spice Nog!

I was excited to try the Good Karma Pumpkin Spice Nog. Over the years there’s been more options for plant based milk so I like to search around and try some of the new products available. You never know what you might enjoy!

Good Karma Plant-Based Milk

So who or what is Good Karma?

Good Karma is a plant based milk brand that started with making milk with flax seeds. Now they have several different “plantmilk” options made out of oats, flax and peas.

While stores now have a wide selection of soy, almond, oat and flaxseed non-dairy milks available, I was curious about the Good Karma brand, especially when they had a very special flavor of pumpkin spice “egg” nog.

I was disappointed by this “egg” nog. The consistency of the drink was rather watery and thin. I’m used to egg nog being thick and creamy. This definitely wasn’t that; even other plant based “egg” nogs weren’t as watery and flavorless as this. That’s another thing, the pumpkin spice flavor wasn’t really there for me. I could taste the pumpkin spice but it wasn’t strong enough to make an impact. This “egg” nog didn’t taste bad, it was quite drinkable, almost like water, but I didn’t enjoy it the way I normally enjoy other flavorful drinks, egg nogs or “egg” nogs.

The great thing about this “egg” nog, although it has nothing to do with the taste, it’s that it’s packed with vitamins!

I got these at Woodman’s.

Would I buy Good Karma Pumpkin Spice Nog again?

Answer: No.

The Good Karma Pumpkin Spice Nog was just too watery for me. I wanted a holiday drink to sip and relax with but this didn’t meet my expectations unfortunately.
