I was hoping for a coconut custard flavor like flan.

Taste
I was disappointed because the salted caramel taste wasn’t strong. It took me a few spoonfuls before I noticed the caramel taste. To be honest, I didn’t get the “salted” part of the flavor either. The caramel flavor is faint but it is there; the coconut flavor overpowers the caramel.
Still, I enjoyed the treat. The caramel adds a hint of toasted sugar.

Would I buy Sun Tropics Coconut Milk Rice Pudding Salted Caramel again?
Answer: No.
Worth Trying?: At least once.
I wouldn’t buy it simply because I’d rather buy the original coconut flavor and add caramel to the rice pudding. I get to decide how strong the caramel flavor is. However, as a “pick & go” snack, having different flavors would be great.
I wish they’d have other flavors, for example something native to Thailand like mango.
