I decided to try some of Peeps new flavors like the Peeps Sour Watermelon marshmallow.
It’s been years since I last enjoyed Peeps marshmallows. I was excited to try some of the flavors I’ve missed.

Taste
I was surprised these tasted like sour watermelon. When I saw that they were green, I couldn’t figure out how they would make them taste like watermelon. I assumed it would taste more like citrus but this does have a hint of watermelon flavor.
I enjoyed these more than I expected. The inside is pink while the sugar coating is green. I suspect that the inside is what’s watermelon flavored, while the outside may have a powdery mix of what makes the Peeps sour. When I liked the sugar off, it was mostly sour but the marshmallow by itself is sweet.

Worth Trying?: At least once.
These Peeps were good but definitely not my favorite. I was happy to try them once and don’t see myself purchasing them again.
